Located on the ground floor of the property, the Zeus Suite opens onto a private terrace, furnished for your relaxation—perfect for enjoying a quiet drink coffee or an evening in the shade.
This elegant suite features:
• Two separate bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in rain shower
• The main bedroom has a King-size bed
• The second bedroom en suite offers two single beds or another king bed, based on your preference, please notify on reservation form your request before arrival.
• A cozy living room area ideal for relaxing, reading, or sharing time together
* Large Smart TV in the lounge to down load your Netflix or watch Utube etc.
• A compact yet functional kitchenette equipped with a fridge/ freezer, mircowave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and basic preparation essentials
The Zeus Suite is designed with a blend of minimalist elegance and natural comfort, ideal for couples, friends, or small families (ages 12+) who want both shared space and privacy. Like all of Villa K, it features thoughtful touches, from quality cotton bedding and premium toiletries to access to fast Starlink Wi-Fi and housekeeping Monday to Saturday.

Other things to note :
• Adults-Only: Villa K Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat. Guests must be 12 years or older.
• Check-In: Between 15.00 and 23:00. Late arrivals can be arranged—just let us know in advance on the check in form.
• Check-Out: Between 09:00 and 11:00. If you are departing before 11.00am please settle your account the day before.
• Daily Housekeeping: Available Monday to Saturday.
• Breakfast: A delicious à la carte breakfast is included in your stay and served at the poolside restaurant.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00 to preserve the peaceful ambieance of Villa K.
• No Smoking In rooms: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets.
• Pool & Facilities: All shared amenities (pool, gym, bar, restaurant, etc.)
• Parking: Complimentary private parking is available on site.
• Wi-Fi: Reliable fast Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

• Toilet System: Unlike most properties in Greece, our modern plumbing allows guests to flush toilet paper only, for your comfort and convenience.

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival and to make the check-in process fast and smooth, we kindly ask you to fill out our online check-in form in advance. This also helps us comply with local Greek hospitality regulations. We only collect the mandatory information required by law, and there are optional fields for guests who wish to share additional details.
For your convenience, we offer a guest app that provides helpful information about your stay. While completely optional, it can enhance your experience. All essential information is also available in printed form within the apartment. Your check-in instructions will be sent directly through the Airbnb app prior to your arrival.
