• Adults-Only: Villa K Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat. Guests must be 12 years or older.
• Check-In: Between 14:00 and 23:00. Late arrivals can be arranged—just let us know in advance.
• Check-Out: Between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Daily Housekeeping: Available Monday to Saturday.
• Breakfast: A delicious à la carte breakfast is included in your stay and served at the poolside restaurant.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00 to preserve the peaceful environment.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
• Pool & Facilities: All shared amenities (pool, gym, bar, restaurant, etc.) are reserved for registered guests only.
• Parking: Complimentary private parking is available on site.
• Wi-Fi: Reliable Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

• Toilet System: Unlike many properties in Greece, our modern plumbing allows guests to flush toilet paper, for your comfort and convenience.

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival and to make the check-in process fast and smooth, we kindly ask you to fill out our online check-in form in advance. This also helps us comply with local Greek hospitality regulations. We only collect the mandatory information required by law, and there are optional fields for guests who wish to share additional details.
For your convenience, we offer a guest app that provides helpful information about your stay. While completely optional, it can enhance your experience. All essential information is also available in printed form within the apartment. Your check-in instructions will be sent directly through the Airbnb app prior to your arrival.
