• One bedroom has a King-size bed
• The second bedroom en suite offers two single beds or another king bed, based on your preference, please notify on reservation form

• Adults-Only: Villa K Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat. Guests must be 12 years or older.
• Check-In: Between 15.00 and 23:00. Late arrivals can be arranged—just let us know in advance.
• Check-Out: Between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Daily Housekeeping: Available Monday to Saturday.
• Breakfast: A delicious à la carte breakfast is included in your stay and served at the poolside restaurant.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00 to preserve the peaceful environment.
• No Smoking In rooms: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
• Pool & Facilities: All shared amenities (pool, gym, bar, restaurant, etc.)
• Parking: Complimentary private parking is available on site.
• Wi-Fi: Reliable fast Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
